Delivery Time Frame |

We strive to have all orders shipped within two business days. If, on occasion, it requires more than two business days to process and ship your order, or in the unlikely event that the plan you order is out of stock, you will be notified via email. |

Free Ground Shipping Limitations

All individual orders will be shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground delivery free of charge and only to addresses located in the contiguous United States. |

Shipment to a Post Office Box
|
| |
All orders that are requested to be shipped to a Post Office box will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. |

Next Day or 2nd Day Air Shipping

If a customer requests expedited delivery of their order via Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air, the entire cost of shipping will be paid by the customer and NO credit SHALL be given for same. |

Electronic Shipping

If a customer orders a PDF or CAD file, the designer has the right to send these files electronically. At the customer's request, the designer will send a hard copy of the file/s via Standard U.S. Mail. |

Shipping Carriers

All orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express (FedEx). All P.O. Box deliveries will be shipped via U.S. Postal Service (USPS). |

Return Shipments by Shipper
|
| |
If your order is returned to us by the shipper because of an invalid address or no one is available for delivery, we will not refund any shipping charges. If your order was sent via our "Free Shipping" program and is returned to us by the shipper for above mentioned reasons, the customer will pay for the order to be re-shipped. This is NOT to be confused with our "Return" policy which states that we shall not accept returns.
