| For those that want to spend lazy afternoons rocking on the porch, this is the perfect plan. With grand wrap-a-round verandas on the front and back, there is always a great spot to get away from life’s hectic pace. The living room has an overlooking balcony on the upper level and a large corner, wood burning fireplace. There is a commanding view of the rear veranda from the living room via a window wall. Access to the rear porch is conveniently located between the kitchen and living making it easy to serve afternoon tea. There is also access from the master suite for owner access. The master bath is sensible but spacious and features a separate shower, spacious linen storage, twin vanity, private toilet and a soaking tub.
