| Tradition that is perfect for today. Large rooms are found in this traditional southern design. The huge Great Room offers a gas fireplace, built-in cabinets for storage and French doors lead onto the rear Covered Porch. A Mud Room, Laundry Room and half bath are located close to the garage making clean up so much easier. The formal Dining Room is accented with cased openings into the Foyer and Great Room. A pocket door separates the formal dining from a sunny Breakfast Area. The Kitchen is spacious and features an island with raised snack bar. This plan has lots of storage with walk-in linen storage in each bath and close to the bedrooms.
